KC-048 420J2 Beech Wood Stainless Steel 64mm Oyster Knife

The KC-048 is a necessary oyster knife for your prep drawer. The stainless steel blade has a beautiful beech wood handle which will stand up powerfully to repeated use. Slightly snub-nosed, compared to the KC-047, it measures 64mm. We think this one is small, but mighty, for shucking and preparing buckets of oysters. Made in Seki, Japan.
