KC-558 Kuro-Uchi Nakiri White Steel 165mm Kitchen Cutlery Knife
Kanetsune
- SKU:
- KC-558
The KC-558 Kuro-Uchi Nakiri features a white steel #3 core/soft iron blade which has a dark and rough kuro-uchi finish, and a magnolia wood handle with plastic bolster. Nakiri knives are excellent vegetable knives, producing impossibly paper-thin slices, and making short work of precise chopping. The round front provides excellent back-swing that allows the chef to perfect slicing.
About the Minamoto Kanemasa B-Series:
Knives of this series are high-grade Japanese-style kitchen knives for professional use. The cutting-edge blade is made of Hitachi white steel #3formed during forging with a soft iron for high cutting performance and longer edge retention.
