Kanetsune
- SKU:
- KC-549
The KC-549 Funayuki-Deba features a white steel #3 core/soft iron blade and a magnolia wood handle with plastic bolster. Funayuki-deba are a hybrid of the funayuki and deba knife. Funayuki are thin blades which were used on fishing boats to filet little fish. The Deba is thicker for complete butchering. Combined together, these two styles are excellent for butchering and filleting whole fish. Also great for poultry, and any meat with small bones.
